Board of Directors
Each active member organization is entitled to appoint to the Board one director who is either its chief executive officer or another senior staff member. Associate members shall be entitled to elect two directors from among their respective boards or senior staff.
The Board structure was formally defined at its first meeting in Quebec City, October 26 - 28, 1999.
